Wastewater treatment systems

Sewage treatment plant

A technique called wastewater treatment is used to clean up impurities from wastewater and turn it into an effluent that can be reintroduced to the water cycle. The wastewater either has a minimal impact on the environment after entering the water cycle or is utilized for different reasons.

Effluent treatment Plant

Effluent treatment plant, also known as ETP is a wastewater treatment process (WWTP) that is used to treat wastewater. It’s mostly used in industries like pharmaceuticals, textiles, and chemicals where extreme water contamination is a possibility.

Grey water treatment plant

A technique called wastewater treatment is used to clean up impurities from wastewater and turn it into an effluent that can be reintroduced to the water cycle. The wastewater either has a minimal impact on the environment after entering the water cycle or is utilized for different reasons.

Filtration Systems

Filtration systems are used to remove suspended particles and pathogens not eliminated by the clarification process, sand, carbon and glass filtration are frequently used. An automated back wash system is included with the sand, carbon and glass filters to maintain a high level of efficiency with a low cost of maintenance which does not consume a lot of space compared to the rest of the water purification methods

Ultrafiltration

An ultrafiltration plant is different from a reverse osmosis plant. as It retains the mineral contents of the water while filtering out bacteria, viruses, and parasites. There is a single membrane that acts as a barrier separating large pollutants from the fluid hence have a longer lifespan and smaller footprint.

Reverse osmosis plant

A water purification process that uses a semi-permeable membrane (synthetic lining) to filter out unwanted molecules and large particles hence making the water suitable for drinking, it is energy efficient while removing all contaminants from the water.

Nanofiltration

In waters with low total dissolved solids, filtering utilizing a nano porous membrane is known as nanofiltration. In addition to sanitizing, it by keeping organic stuff, the goal is to eliminate polyvalent ions which can remove up to 97% of the total dissolved solids while being cost effective.
